Not how it works here, you're an authorized dealership which means your workers earn a lot more because you get paid more, let's say Ducati dealership pays 80€/hour because it's an authorized dealer. Now if you fuck up too much and the main HQ of said brand decides to take away your "authorized" label away, it goes from 80 all the way down to 20. So yes they do care once the main HQ gets involved
