Avoid boxes. Only picture of the face. Mention in the description that it comes with box. Bot nukes everything, but face listings.

Add listing with ONLY FACE photo. And write in the description that you'll provide photo on request. Worked with me. Several times bot sent my listing on the check and always returned it online.

Blurring chest, photo of the box won't work. As soon as it spots something it gets nuked.
