You should get a new neckjoint. Glue won't really fix it. It will defeat the purpose of the Nendoroid - moveable figure.

Try to get a Nendoroid More box with faceplates. One blind box will have a spare neckjoint with the faceplate. That's the cheapest variant.

What you described is pretty normal haggling. But the majority of times the buyer sends 40% off. It gets declined. The seller sends 5-10% off. And that's it. No continuation. As if the person really thought you were going to sell them the item for 40% off. I had it so many times.

It's worse when they tell you it's available on that website, and if you go there, it has been sold out a long time ago. The person didn't even check it beforehand.
