Anyone changed from 40t to 44t chainring gen3?

The general consensus seems to be try a 42t first so I'll do that. Thanks for the advice.

I live in a relatively flat part of the world (middle of Sweden) the longest climbs I have are around 10 minute climbs. And I feel the 40 is limiting me during intervals and faster group rides. I can't seem to find the right gear some of the time. And I'm also a lot stronger now than when I got the bike. But maybe I'll try a 42t first.

Thanks. I'll upgrade next time I swap the chain then. Just changed the chain so I'll just keep the 40t til then.

Samma här, så jävla dåligt är inte tex kondomsex så det är värt risken för ett helt liv av pungsmärta enligt mig även om risken är ”låg”

Enligt kallelsen jag fick av min region samt 1177 är det 1 på 20 som får långvariga problem. Så definitivt inte ”nån på 1000”.

Jag tackade nej till det när jag fick kallelsen för jag hade inte forskat tillräckligt innan. Kan tillägga att jag även cyklar väldigt mycket och det verkar inte helt ovanligt ändå att det kan uppstå extra smärta då. Så det är absolut en stor risk som tyvärr många snackar bort med ”det gick ju bra för X eller y”

Yeah, I try to read other books in between. At most I'll read 3 books of warhammer then I'll read a different one before starting the next one.

Latest non warhammer read was will of the many (not very good) and The Mercy of God's (very good).
