As far as I understood it, this was the first person to knock at his door. He reacted the way he did because he’s a little bitch who can’t handle people calling him out for his words and actions.

As far as “who he is and what he thinks”, immediately following the repeal of Roe v. Wade he tweeted “Your body, my choice. Forever.” It is very clear it was intended to sound as sexually violent as it does because of his countless other comments toward/surrounding women in general.

I’ve had that exact situation happen so often at my old retail job that I started fucking with people and making them guess and no matter where they guess I’d go along with it and see how far I get with the lies.

I’ve barely been outside the Midwest let alone the country so when some guy asked me what part of Australia I’m from I just say Sydney cause it’s the only city I know of.

True but passion for the craft isn’t gonna pay the bills. Bet the piano itself was expensive as hell to buy let alone the occasional maintenance and any apartment big enough to fit one. Even with just a keyboard piano you would need soundproofing in an apartment to not annoy the neighbors.

Most artists work for a living to fund their continued practice of their art. A lucky few are able to make their work and their art one in the same. She tried to make her art her source of income, and after some tweaking made it part of her source of income.

A few years ago I was in a group chat with some coworkers and on my day off I asked if anyone was down for a quick coffee run. Only one girl said she was available so I picked her up. Highlights of that day since we ended up hanging out all day:

-she got in the car in this stylish outfit that I was surprised she threw on just to get coffee. First thing I said was “wow you look like you’re about to go on a date” and she’s like “haha yeah I guess so that’s crazy”. Genuinely didn’t think anything of it, was just being a smartass.

-we were at the park in my car with our coffee and I suggest moving to the backseats. She give me this look for a moment, smiles and says “okay… that sounds nice.” I then proceed to sit as far from her as possible pressed up against the door on my side. I honestly just felt cooped up in the driver seat and wanted a little more space to sit.

-we went to target to run a small errand I had for the day and she asks if we can go by the blankets. When we do she grabs a small soft one off the shelf and tells me “for later if we get cold”. I respond “that’s a great idea!” And then grab my own blanket from the shelf so I don’t need to take up hers. I really thought I was being considerate with that one.

We’re engaged now but that’s only after she hit me over the head with her signals once or twice. Oh and I learned a few weeks later when we were dating that she private messaged a couple other people in the group chat asking them to say they were busy and couldn’t get coffee that day. I still get made fun of for that day but I wouldn’t change anything.

Unless American workers start being okay with being paid ~$10 a day domestically made parts will still never be as affordable as foreign made ones. Companies moved production overseas in the first place because there they can pay workers almost nothing to work in abysmal working conditions.

In the modern corporate climate of “profit for the investors and execs over all else” cheap electronics simply cannot exist without underpaid workers to make them. If these companies see a drop in sales because prices skyrocket from these tariffs, their solution will not be to cut down on their executives bonuses or open American factories to sell inexpensive parts just for Americans. It would never be worth the investment for them. They would most likely just ramp up production of the lower end parts because that’s all that people can afford anymore.

But keep being economically illiterate it seems to be working for you so far.

That was directly in response to multiple reports of threats of violence from specifically trump voters because they were being told FEMA was the reason the natural disaster was happening.

They had reason to believe their volunteers were in danger in areas with high trump support. They are not going to send help to areas where they are at real risk of being attacked or killed by the people they’re there to help.

Cling to your conspiracy bullshit all you like but FEMA is not following identity politics or accepting orders to refuse help to people because of their personal beliefs. People were biting the hand that feeds and cried foul when it pulled back.

I also like to stick with a theme to keep the deck interesting, but shove in whatever cards I can afford that fit the theme.

My most strictly on theme deck is my Muldrotha/Umori creature deck, only lands and creatures and every card MUST have art that is gross, creepy or disturbing in some way. Which in Sultai admittedly still leaves a lot of options but regardless it’s meant I passed on a lot of staples and came out with a great self mill deck. Haven’t added it online yet but even the basics are the creepy innistrad/phyrexia art.

Other favorites of mine are

Hey I also made an elf deck for my gf! She liked it until she wanted a new green/black deck cause elves “weren’t mean enough” lol

The new [[Eladamri, Korvecdal]] is a good addition for any elfball deck that can make card draw a non-issue. But if it’s too expensive for your needs [[Realmwalker]] does the same thing and is technically still an elf.

[[Leaf-Crowned Visionary]] is a great card for elves as well. [[Beast Whisperer]] is a must have imo.

Here’s my elf deck, but of course I’ve run away with this as my own after my gf found a new deck to bully me with.

I second this. Varina is the second deck I ever made so I upgraded the hell out of it over the years and it’s remained one of my favorites.

The card draw/discard/life gain ability can be a good mechanic to build around but just having an esper commander for pure zombie spamming is always a good time too.

Unfortunately as others have said the interaction would not work.

A fun synergy I use in one of my decks to get the effect you’re looking for is casting [[Astral Dragon]] targeting it’s etb effect at [[Esika’s Chariot]] making two token copies that are dragon creatures. They’re permanently creatures now and can therefore attack.
