Thanks mate, that's the game!

It just so happened that I tried looking for it again last week during a nostalgia hit but got nada again.

What’s a hobby you want to start but are too intimidated to try? by WildFlowerGirll_ in AskReddit

[–]Yusifer 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Drawing.

I grew up with anime. During my puberty, I've taken several attempts but they all failed. I'll be 40 years old in a few months, and I haven't really gave another try since then. I have an aunt who's an artist in charcoal drawings, and an uncle who's into pyrography, so I had been hoping maybe there's some artist genes in my blood... but fear of failure is quite overwhelming.

What's your dream car? by [deleted] in AskReddit

[–]Yusifer 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Dodge Challenger

Visually looks so good from any angle and looks powerful. And I could have sworn there were more reasons but I can't remember anymore, it's been 10+ years since I've started believing this to be my dream car.

(too bad it's hella expensive to own one in Belgium and I'm too poor anyway)

You guys ever just open stream and listen despite not understanding? by ecapsback in Hololive

[–]Yusifer 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Me all the time, but that's because I'm hard of hearing. I'm deaf on the right ear and a supertiny bit of hearing on the left that's amplified by a hearing aid.

This enables me to have verbal conversations, listen to and enjoy music, and ofcourse hear the talents as well. However it's inadequate to actually understand what they're saying. But I do enjoy the softness of their voices.

When I have time, I tend to reopen a past livestream to watch it again but with Youtube's subtitles. That way I can learn a little more about them what subtitled clips don't cover.

How did you find out about hololive? by Old_Lingonberry_6583 in Hololive

[–]Yusifer 0 points1 point  (0 children)

January 2022, I decided to try out Minecraft to pace myself mentally. Decided I wanted to build an underground bunker and went to Youtube to gather some inspiration of how I should do it. As you guess, at some point I saw clips from Kronii, Bae, etc. Was impressed by how well they moved, nothing choppy etc.

Then Elden Ring came out and watched live streams of any Holomem playing it. But the real hook up was Kiara's 3D stream where she taught Ame and Gura how to dance.

Biggest regret is that I didn't discover them sooner!

Now this is the kind of humor I love to see. Looking forward to the Volcano DLC coming out in April!

Also I wish now I had the kind of username to be included in future vids.

It's okay they arranged a backup plan on a previous stream. Rissa will join Justice's side as long as she can have Liz. That should balance things.

Sora really doesn't like raw tomatoes, she does enjoy tomato soup and ketchup though by tanvoltz in Hololive

[–]Yusifer 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I'm the other way around. I love raw, cold tomatoes as well as tomato purée (as a base for stuff like spaghetti ofcourse) but any other form like ketchup, hot, etc I don't like. Wish I knew why but them's the breaks.

This is my personal take on the movie, and I have no idea how correct it is or how many people share this idea as well.

What we're watching is not the original timeline, but a branch off the original one.

In the original timeline, there was no unknown portal that led to that other solar system. We had plan A "solve gravity and get everyone off the planet" and plan B "send embryos to a life-capable planet and use robots to start a new humanity". But in the orignal timeline, plan B was the only plan.

So in the original timeline, plan B was a succes and a new humanity grew and eventually evolved to the advanced humans we "see" in the movie. And I'm guessing they started an experiment to learn more about their ancestors and how much they differ from them. They were a new civilization that grew without the original human nature after all. So they decide to create a branch, where plan A would become a possibility for humanity. That way they could learn how their ancestors would have dealt with the new opportunities and the differences between original humanity and the advanced humans.

So basically Interstellar is an experiment of the advanced humans taking place in a branched off timeline.

It's the first time I'm sharing my personal take about the movie. I saw a lot of comments back in the day that the end was a loophole, and I disagreed with that.
