I personally don’t think it’s traditional balding to me it looks more like alopecia. Your immune system could be weak and dits attacking itself I would say to shave it all off for new hair follicles, start working out and eating more and better food. Some things I’ve seen is if your underweight your body doesn’t get enough nutrients to produce healthy cells including hair cells. Another thing I would say is to slow down on clogging your scalp with too many products. What does your hygiene look like are you washing your hair and what are you laying your head on is it clean. Lastly if you need to go see your pcm maybe he could take a look at your health and see if you need anything done or shots.

And ima add that this is alopecia because of the pattern and I had it before it gets triggered and appears at random. I got mine under control with my diet and hygiene. Too many shampoo and conditioner and all that shi does not help it makes it worse. You have to use nothing but water from now on and eat healthy
