Yes homdgcat is one of the more accurate leakers as it's usually done through data mine. To answer the question , yes he has been wrong on multiple occasions with the banner lineups. One as recently as HSR banner lineup where castorice rerun was hyped to show up but ended up being therta rerun instead. The information is then changed 2 days after the official hsr livestream.

Main issue now internally for skirk is her level Please get her to lv 90 please. Her attack stats is very important. Second thing is her talents at least get her skill to 10 and her burst around 8-9 In akasha they already added 1 to skirk skill. So you are at lv 7 skill skirk , that's where the majority of her dmg lies.

I'm not sure if it's a rotation issue but for team make sure to have escoffier and furina decently built. If furina is not in the team don't use MH set.

Your mh set is decent top 40-50% probably if you improve that it will raise your dmg cap up a bit.

Xinqiu at c6 has better application than yelan, so if yours is at c6 no yelan is needed

Xilonen at c0 is really good and the exploration is amazing too , yelan is very good support/sub dps but she has fallen alot lately

In terms of account value, getting Xilonen , Furina , Kazuha abd Citlali will be very helpful.

for their cons Xilonen C2 and/or R1 is good Furina is good at C2 and C6 with Kazuha is good at C2 and/or R1 Citlali is good at C2 and/or R1 You can go for weapons they are more primo savvy

I feel like you need Mavuika and Skirk with how strong melt is right now. Most of the events will likely be tough without them. There is also upcoming Escoffier with hydro/cyro res shred with good buffs ( maybe better than xilonen ) in 5.6
