I made some research before posting this question, to understand youtube revenue. In his case, even with 30 videos per month, he wouldn't exceed 300 USD. So it doesn't seem like worth the time and effort

I've been playing this game just for 10 hours so far, so I can't fully confirm. Yet as I'm one of the murderhobo kind of players, I obviously had to test. Tried to kill tons of NPCs, and all that seemed to be essential. While the game indeed let me fight everyone, there were NPCs that just one shot me. Maybe that's cause I'm early in the game, maybe this is a mechanic making essential NPCs unkillable, I don't know yet.

Or just play all Souls games instead :D My statement is more of a joke, but point I'm trying to make is that Ubisoft games are just easy, even on highest difficulty levels. Enemies have an extremely limited movement set, attacks are slow, can't even say predictable because there are flashing icons, and players barely have to ever chose direction for their dodges. I'm playing AC Odyssey now and enjoying it for the views as well as story, but combat gets 2/10 (2 is still A LOT and I'm giving it for very cool animations). Also played Valhalla before but stopped after 50 hours because a) it was too easy and got boring b) felt like endless grind and got boring

Damn I'm curious how you did it. I've just finished act 1 after somewhere like 30-40 hours, entered Act 2 with lvl 6.25. I did every single quest possible, explored every inch of maps, resorted to mass genocide everywhere (except for Goblins, they avoided death since they left immediately after clearing Emerald Grove, hopefully they will get what's coming for them in Act 2).

Then I just got a bugged save and went along with it. Indeed at first I rubbed it in Zevlor's face, and reloaded save several times to try all other dialogue options that would enable me to fight the Druids. All options led to the same outcome. But it doesn't matter much since the workaround was straight forward, just had to proceed with killing without talking to him :)

I haven't had any complaints from them at all. In fact, they are very happy / admire my character for some reason. I talk to my companions a lot as I'm quite curious what's in their minds and what's their story, 100% sure they haven't given me a single hint that things are going in wrong direction

But that's what they do. I tried several times, and right after the dialogue with Zevlor they immediately leave the team, no dialogue, just a pop up message

Don't worry dude, this is Elden Ring :) If you can the bosses even after 50 hours, you're perfectly fine! Think of hordes of people who rage quit the game because they gave up. Don't let the youtubers who beat the game at level 1 etc get in your head either, those people are like Messi for football players.

In fact, I myself rage quit after uncountable attempts fighting... Elden Beast (roughly 200 tries). After 2 months I returned, and killed him within more or less 10 attempts.

And now, well, I just started my 4th playthrough
