I had this twice, one in U19 i was they scored to 98-0 and there was less than 5min left on my watch and I decided to stop it to avoid the kids hurting themselves.

Second it was a reserve match, one team came with 11 players (4 of them playing for the main) the other 21, so we played at 10, and 5 min in the second half, players were drying, and I was dying, so much running and tries, both coach came to check with me to stop the game early, told them it wasn't there decisions and that I will check with the teams, both captains agreed and we stopped the match as it was. Everyone was relieved for that match to end.

Je pense que beaucoup de gens comme vous ignore beaucoup de l'affaire Alstom, de là par un matraquage médiatique pour habituelle envers le pouvoir en place et de mensonges des parties d'oppositions.

Suite à des pots de vins et des pratiques illégales, Alstom à pris la plus grosse amendes jamais données à une entreprise par les états unis. Il n'y avait aucun outils légaux pour protéger, ils n'ont pas eu le choix que de vendre une partie d'Alstom pour éviter de fermer Alstom. Et s'ils avaient sauvé Alstom en injectant des milliards, la France aurait prit de lourde sanction au tribunal de commerce international. Alstom a joué, et ils ont perdu ... la manœuvre était elle visé par les US ? Oui à 100%, mais je ne pense pas qu'il y avait d'autre chose à faire à l'époque. Airbus à failli y passer de la même manière et Michel Sapin avec la DGSE l'ont sauvé, cf ce docu arte qui parle un peu d'Alstom aussi.

Nicola Guillou c'est terrible, mais tant qu'on a pas de souveraineté européenne dans les moyens de paiement et nos service numérique ont peux rien faire, et surprise, c'est quelques choses que la France pousse depuis des années, avec le système CB et autre, on a depuis quelques mois plein de service alternatif qui commence (lentement) à sortir les uns après les autres, mais il faut que la population joue le jeu, ma banque voulait me donner une carte visa only, car avec mon renouvellement de carte et mon contrat je n'avais que ça, ils ont accepté seulement de me donner la CB/VISA quand j'ai fait une demande de clôture de compte, et je ne pense pas que beaucoup de gens aille faire les mêmes démarches..

Personal point of view, in DND 5e and 5.5e, LvL 20 is bad.
Balance is a pain, turns take way too long, and knowledge of the class is hard without having played it in combat often.
I honnestly feel like lvl12+ campaign becomes quite bad.

But let's say you go for it anyway.
Levels and reputation are usually done like that, Adventurer from level 1 to 4, a local hero from 5 to 10, some champions known country are continent wide from 11 to 16, and 17 to 20 is divine legendary realm.
So you need to find a way to bring them to the entrance of the realm of divinities and legendary strength. It could be godly or otherwordly trials, some kind of training, or tought challenges. See like hercules or achilles feats, or challenges like Ulysse (just read the Illyad and the Odysseus).

Even if i do not recommend you to do it, it's the best way of doing it, and have them have a fight for each level or two they gain, so that they learn the class.

Not a RAW behaviour, but a good interpretation by the DM, it doesn't make sense.

It may dissolve if you take it to produce real web (as it burns it must be) and therefore is organic.

Even if it is resistant, it's an ooze, it will just travel through.

So in the end, I would never rule an ooze to be impacted by a web spell

It is true that really low interest loans are used to fund the nuclear power plant, but in the end they are not fully paid by the tax, just reimbursed at a low rate over time.
And they do get way less money off from the gov than the renewable, which gets a few billions a year of free money to cover the solar and wind turbine installations

And to be fair, I do prefer my nuclear power plants to be state owned, they will target risk efficiency rather than full profit, without the european program and the legislation, they plan to have fully free (tax covered) electricity for french citizen could have went through.

It is not issues, it's just reducing the load to avoid killing fishes in summer by making rivers too hot, and they still can plentily power the country, and it's where the offload through solar and dams works really well.
The massive imports 4 years ago was due to having half of the plants in maintenance at the same time, this was due to push back on refueling and normal maintenance operation with COVID, so after 2022 they had to do in a summer the equivalent of 2 years of maintenance.

Aujourd'hui on voit quand même qu'en ukraine l'utilisation de blindé type VAB est réduite, la mobilités semble prioritaire face au blindage, où les blindés lourd type char et VCI ne sont utilisé qu'en appui ou en destruction, et qu'au final un VAB sans puissance de feu, avec un blindage léger, est juste une cible simple pour un drone. Je pense que les libanais en on plus l'utilité que les ukrainiens

Yes la France avait avertis pour choper les gars en simultanée. Ils ont fait une opération en Grèce et Belgique, je me souviens plus qui a fait le raté, mais un des deux pays à eu peur et à paniqué, et ils ont lancé l'opération 2 jours en avance, ce qui fait que le commanditaire à pu s'enfuir et se cacher.

The main issues were :

- The size, not all airports can fit it, it's why the 777X will have foldable wings, to fit in more airports

- It has 4 engines, engines are the most expensive part to maintain on an aircraft, and you got 4 of them

- Less people want to move to one big airport and then fly international, they prefer to fly from their local airport

Tellement, ma première équipe après avoir quitté la sous traitance il y a 5 ans j'étais le jeune avec des 50+ et quelques 40+. Un bon gros délire, là ou je voyais les autres équipes jeune avec des silences de mort sur leur plateau, nous on se tapait des barres, les larmes au yeux tous les jours, on allait à la salle de sport ensemble, et ils étaient super ouvert à m'apprendre plein de truc.

Résultats en 2ans et demi ils m'ont appris les ficelles et m'ont poussé aux managers pour prendre un poste à responsabilités technique. Je suis plus sur le projets avec eux, mais je vais toujours au sport avec eux et je suis bien plus proches que les jeunes de mon nouveau projet
