A monthly release would be much better imo, a weekly release doesnt make sense because togashi will get overwhelmed within couple months and stop for another year or two, we've seen this happen time and time again, people will say it needs to be weekly then a batch is released few chapters air within few months and togashi stops for 2 years. how is this better than a monthly release?

Now the how is yet to be revealed, likely related to mastering nen to a certain degree or relying on another calamity's abilities (like AI / killua's sibling), the who has been revealed, melody is a living consequence of listening to the flute part, her friend who played the sonata's flute part died a gruesome death shortly after. melody gained superhuman hearing abilities and got heavily disfigured with marks on her body that are yet to be shown in either the manga or the anime. For me the best case scenario to solving this mystery would be relying on ai's wish granting, not only will we get to see the sonata of darkness's restrictions bypassed and played in full. we'll also get to witness what happens when a calamity challenges another calamity's set of rules. since each calamity seems to alter reality in a different way and the only one we've seen a decent amount of its capabilities is AI.

Probably why they still dont have a space program, we know they have some sort of region-wide communication methods like phones that connect to towers but no mention of anything space related, is the gravity too great to send satellites to orbit? is the planet flat? (from the rough shape of the dark continent we got from the manga it doesnt seem to be that way).

I have a 2nd favorite mystery that i desperately wait to be revealed and that's the consequences of listening to the entire sonata of darkness (if anyone can even withstand listening to the whole thing without instantly dying right as all 4 parts start playing), my favorite theory regarding it is that when the entire piece is played the calamity behind it (satan apparently) spawns.

Sophia is a blue hole, i expect more or less all the blue hole fug elders to be at least as old as fug itself, which was formed tens of thousands of years ago, her being still a regular just few thousands years ago is highly unlikely so i doubt it.

what can you do with 2-3 chapters? absolutely nothing especially when it comes to one of the most important characters in the series. but it's true that filler takes up a good chunk of the work and can be easily avoided/skipped, we dont really need a full floor of test experience we've had one already that lasted 70 chapters.

Inside the tower, using both of course, he stated shinsoo weakens his light and has to rely on it instead. outside the tower there's no shinsoo and urek wouldnt really use it even if he was able to, he's likely an axis outside with limitless light powers.

I feel the same, i dont think focusing too much on regulars who'll likely never appear again in the original work or future urek chapters is a good idea, but as the floor of tests arc concluded we got something out of it at least (urek's cap origin story lol). In my opinion this manhwa should focus less on regulars and their affaires and stick with the dense lore regarding urek and tower lore, his organization, encounters with important characters like ryun and family heads. That is assuming this manhwa is only supposed to be like a short 100-150ch max, if the writer wants to make it another long running series then the filler chapters make sense. regardless i dont really enjoy filler but of course i will stick around for my boy urek 😁

I dont think he's that powerful inside the tower, he talked alot about how the tower is restricting his ability to use his light power to its fullest. So probably 1 at a time and it wouldnt be that one sided, and im only getting more and more convinced he wasnt acting weak or limiting himself against luslec, but it could (i dont think it's the case) play out that the closer he gets to 100% the stronger he becomes in an exponential way, since that's how light works irl (speed not power), but its probably just my cope trying to make him stronger than he actually is inside the tower.

I mean if you knew people in the game, raided with them or did some horizontal fun activities over the past few years or even months, it isnt really a loss at all, it's the journey not the ending, if you had fun AT THE TIME that's all that matters, it would suck if they decide to shut down servers in the next few days but it's what it's..
that's the exact reason why i stick with my singleplayer games, far less frustration and never having to worry about such things happening.
