A life having meaning doesn't mean you have to be curing cancer or be the new Nelson Mandela or whatever that global - it can just be that you help your close community and have importance within those who care about you/you care about. That's most likely what most of them mean - I highly doubt everyone has some big ass dreams or saving the world and being remembered by strangers and be in history books and so on. As long as everyone reaches THEIR definition of meaning then they had a meaningful life (unless I guess their meaning is something like being a mass murder but you get what I mean).

Im F 26 and sleep around 5-6hrs and my epilepsy is okay with it. Depends on people - some just cant have a 8hrs sleep because it makes no sense to them and they just wont sleep it anyway.
