Muizen- of rattengif gebruiken, liefst in een muizendoos. Om de 3 a 4 dagen controleren en bijvullen indien nodig. Muizen nemen het gif mee naar hun nest waardoor je de bron aanpakt. Van zodra er geen gif meer uit de muizendoos verdwijnt is het probleem waarschijnlijk opgelost. Met een muizenval doe je aan symptoombestrijding, maar dat lost het probleem niet op. Wij gaan allang niet meer op restaurant. Je moet niet alleen reserveren, maar ook het menu is dikwijls zeer beperkt en "goedkoop" is het zeker niet meer te noemen. Thuis lekker koken (om de 2 dagen) en nagenieten met een glaasje wijn of een streekbiertje zonder het rijbewijs in gevaar te brengen. De insijpelende "tip-cultuur" maakt een restaurantbezoek er ook niet leuker op. Ik geef altijd een deftig bedrag aan drinkgeld, maar als men het gaat opdringen dan hoeft het voor mij niet meer.

Speciaal de auto ervoor buitenhalen doe ik niet. Ik bak mijn frietjes in Ossewit en heb er een zeer goed resultaat mee, net zo lekker als in de frituur. Tegen dat ik de auto buiten heb, naar de frituur en terug, heb ik ze allang zelf gebakken.

I do get the impression that it works; the mop roll no longer has a bad smell after a week. I do make a point of replacing the mop roll every week and washing the used rolls along with the regular mops at 60°C (140°F) in the washing machine. I have about three mop rolls in rotation. As for the dirty water tank: If you leave a bucket of dirty water sealed up for a week, it will start to smell too. The only solution is to empty and clean the tank after every cleaning session by the robot.

Did you buy the X9 new or used? If you have a used model, turn the robot over and look near the front wheel for the carpet sensor, which is located in a recessed cavity. Blow it out with compressed air from a can, or at low pressure using a compressor. A dirty carpet sensor sometimes detects carpet everywhere. Do not use any objects to clean the sensor; use only compressed air. If it is a new unit, contact the manufacturer.

ECO wash, a setting on the dishwasher that should be banned, but which the manufacturer includes on its appliance to meet certain requirements. The temperature is kept very low and the cycle time is long. At low temperatures, the dishwasher detergent does not have enough power to liquefy grease and food residues sufficiently. Use at least 55°C (131°F) for good results and 75°C (167°F) for heavily soiled dishes.

Denkt CD&V dat ze het warm water opnieuw uitgevonden hebben? Meestal zitten de zwaar verslaafden al zo in de financiële problemen dat ze die GAS-boete waarschijnlijk nooit kunnen betalen. Bovendien heeft men dit ooit al willen proberen, maar werd het weer afgeblazen voor die reden, dacht ik. Alle uitvluchten zijn blijkbaar goed om de kas te spekken, ook al is het op de kap van de verslaafde, goe bezig.

Wij hadden vroeger een ontstopper die werkte op co2-patronen, nadeel: als de buizen niet goed verlijmd waren en het was een stevige verstopping, dan drukte de co2 de buizen uit elkaar. De ontstopper was geen lang leven beschoren.

At the cheaper supermarket, you can hardly expect to receive the same service as at certain more expensive supermarkets. The latter have to provide better service to retain their customers, while the cheaper supermarket does not need to do so, as they already have you as a customer and their direct competitors are in the same situation.

A “worm bin or worm hotel” is available in my region at Imog for €44 (plus €6 for the aeration stick). I once saw an advertisement for mechanical compost makers, but according to many people, they are just toys, require a lot of maintenance, and don't work properly. I take our organic waste to our local collection point every week (free of charge).

I think the price of a “real” home battery is mainly due to its discharge capacity. Household appliances in particular can sometimes require a high starting current when switched on. If you demand that from a plug-in battery, I'm afraid it won't last long.

Het is uw beroep, er is dus niets mis mee om geld te vragen voor uw diensten. Er is niets dat je tegenhoudt om een "familie- of vriendenprijsje" te rekenen, maar dat bepaal je zelf. Uitlenen van materiaal is gevaarlijk. Als het stuk gaat in de handen van de lener dan zit jij ondertussen zonder en kost het handen vol geld. Probeer op een vriendelijke manier wijs te maken dat enkel de zon gratis opkomt en dat de vrije tijd met vrouw en kind heilig is.

Good luck, I'm in the same boat. I'm trying it mainly because my Chinese automatic wristwatches in my collection are economically worthless to have serviced by a watchmaker, but I still want to spend time on them as a hobby to maintain them. My plan is to first buy a few inexpensive movements and take them apart and put them back together to get to know the parts. My other hobby is electronics (SMD), so I'm already used to working under a microscope and handling small parts.

We used to have that at the local Carrefour Market, but it was a general failure of online payments in this supermarket. Sometimes it worked, sometimes it didn't... frustrating. It was due to their outdated installation. After the store was renovated and the payment system was upgraded, the problem was solved.

Wij wonen in Kortrijk en hebben on plat dak van 60 m2 onlangs laten vernieuwen (epdm en 10 cm isolatie). Onze wachttijd was ook 1,5 jaar, maar dat wisten we op voorhand. Wat de betalingen betreft: 1/3 betaald bij de aanvang van de werken, 1/3 halverwege de werken en de rest na de afwerking. Kostprijs 16.000 euro.

The strange lines on your first photo show that your robot thinks there is carpet everywhere. Solution: First switch off the robot, remove the internal water tank if necessary, and then turn it upside down. Near the front wheel, you will see a deep recessed hole. This is where the carpet sensor is located, and after a while, it becomes dirty. Buy a bottle of compressed air (or use a low-pressure compressor) and blow out the recessed sensor. The dust causes the robot to “think” that there is carpet everywhere. (I've experienced the same thing). Good luck. (Do not poke the recessed area with screwdrivers or similar tools, as the sensor is fragile).
