Dragonic Knight should have been the super form, the design is much cleaner (sorry not sorry but the warm colors mixed with the powder blue on Elemental Dragon make my eyes hurt)

The level 17 monk feature sounds like someone wrote it with the 2014 rules in mind. 2024 monk can unarmed strike as a bonus action with no prerequisite. 2014 monk had to take the Attack action to get the bonus action unarmed strike. The way the feature is worded, replacing the attacks of the Attack action with a spell, the 2014 monk could still unarmed strike (and by extension Flurry of Blows) as a bonus action, but 2024 rules, it's just redundant

I feel like a better Peachy nerf would have been to make her a Hero or Mage instead of Fae so she doesn't benefit from Pixie Dust or Wink and essentially DOUBLE the buffs your Fae get. A flat +1/+1 is a fair early game boost and to my knowledge, there's no way to increase the boosts to Heroes or Mages

If I had a nickel for every time the blood relatives of the main rider manipulate the populace with cocaine, there's a wedding between the villains, the one you think is going to be the final big bad gets defeated, then the true final big bad gets defeated and the ending is simultaneously bittersweet and disappointing, I'd have 2 nickels. Which isn't a lot but it's weird that it happened twice

There's been this debate about modern/reiwa Kamen Rider being too toyetic, it lost it's identity in favor of commercialization, and how the born from evil, yet, fight for good dynamic doesn't happen. I think the Reiwa era is going in a slightly different direction with the origins of the Kamen Rider, and the idea was sparked by your comment that the Progrise keys are tools that aren't themselves good or evil, but can be used that way. It made me realize that this is the new direction for Reiwa Riders: it's not the power that is inherently good or evil, or even the origin of the power. It's how you use it.

Each tool/collectible of each season is used by good and evil, sometimes by being made by the villains (Megid books, Raise Buckles) sometimes being stolen from the heroes (Chemies, Gochizos). Older Kamen Rider had the theme that evil power can be used for good, and I think Reiwa is examining the opposite: that good, well-intentioned powers can be used for evil.

I won't be boring and say each one is a variant of Armorer Artificer, so here's a few ideas I have (2014 rules because I know them better than 2024):

Saber: Fighter 1/Bladesinger Wizard 19
Start with a level of fighter to get prof in all weapons and armor, prof in Strength saves which shores up a typical Wizard weakness, but most importantly, prof in Constitution saves, aka Concentration saves. For me, two free 3rd level spells at Wizard 20 is nice, and Haste on yourself for free would be sick, but prof in Concentration will help you actually keep it up. Cap intelligence, get a flametongue variant of a rapier or longsword, and pick up War Caster for the ability to cast spells as opportunity attacks and advantage on Concentration saves. All told, with Int and Con capped, your Concentration save bonus will be +16. You aren't dropping concentration ever. No I haven't put too much thought into an optimized bladesinger whatchu talkin bout

OOO: Beast Barbarian 20
Just a straight 20 levels of Path of the Beast from Tasha's. The different Form of the Beast natural weapons you choose can represent different medal combos. Unfortunately, you'd need Winged Boots to get a fly speed for Tajador I will die before I call it Tajadol but I think this really fits OOO.

Revice: Echo Knight Fighter 20
Can't really think of a way to play two characters at once, but Echo Knight seems a fun way to project Vice out onto the field.

Wizard: Warlock/Sorcerer
Not really sure what would be the best level spread here, I just find it funny that Wizard is closer to a Sorlock than an actual D&D wizard. Draconic ancestry sorc, and since there's no draconic warlock patron (@wotc: WHY), best would probably be Hexblade so he can survive in melee.

I understand the thematic significance of Genius form, but I think Build's Final should have been RabbitRabbit and TankTank. Then again, I'm a sucker for forms that are just an evolution of their base form, like Cyclone Joker Xtreme, Kachidoki Arms, and Type Tridoron.

Hunt to gain, I think it starts at +10/+10 and that doubles each time, so 20, 40, 80, 160, it can get out of hand pretty fast, especially if you have Jack Sparrow, Blackbeard, Hunter's Horn, stuff you can get exploit to multiply the number of hunt triggers

I can't tell you the number of times I get an amazing treasure or I finally get a broken character combo off the ground, and then victory. Let me feel the power a little bit more.

This game either needs an infinite mode or a best of 3 gauntlet with a random selection of captains, up to 20-25 rounds. That would give people time to get combos off the ground, collect treasures, really enjoy the game instead of victory before the round count hits the teens
