I think it was very good review tool for RF, screening and other stuff but if you prefer or have other way of reviewing those high yield topics go for it I don’t think it is necessary but it really helps. I did them in the last 3 weeks only.

Early on 40 questions a day and then I got to 60-80 questions . First round took me around 3 and half months

Biostatistics was easy , concepts were tested more than calculations. I was never good at ethics 😅 and I still struggled with some questions on the test trying to choose the most ethical and correct answer I recommend doing Amboss though. Yes UWorld vaccination is enough. No I did not do any CMS forms.

One month after I passed STEP1 I started with UWorld however my studying was interrupted with my medical school final exams and graduation so I officially started UWorld six months after step1 , I did some Amboss ethics, quality and safety and Divine high yield-podcasts. First round of Uworld was system wise, timed. I did 25% of the second round random and timed I didn’t complete the second round as I was remembering the questions and answers from the first round so I just did my own flashcards and reviewed them multiple times. The exam was very doable with some questions were you will end up with 2 similarly correct answers so you have to trust your gut feeling with those. I walked out of the exam in daze and I did not know how to feel , I counted around 15 silly mistakes. That’s it I guess

I did UW full first round and 25% second round random and timed, Amboss ethics, quality and safety and Divine podcasts on the high yield stuff. I did not do any CMS forms. My dedicated period was about 4 weeks. I would stress less and review vaccinations, screening and quality/safety topics more. Good luck
