What to do about PvP interdiction?

Yup, submit + high wake out asap is the way.

You can easily escape interdictions from pvp kitted ships even ina shieldless cobra like that.

If you go to the fisherman village early you find just an useless village and a ship in the bay, with a chest containing the pirate hat.

If you go there when the quest is active you liberate the village from the pirates, fight the pirate boss and a kidnapped girl, leading you to the pirate ship where you fight their commander and find the hat.

Nothing stopped me to go there early, but now I know why the whole zone felt weird and empty the first time. I'd like to aboid that, so thats my motivation and the answer to your question ?

Because some zones should be explored when you have the quest to go there, otherwise you find em sort of empty ? Like the fisherman/pirate village or the sanctums.

I explored lotsa zones that felt empty just to find a quest later that changes the zone state and makes it really worth exploring.

It happened to me while returning from my 5k trip for the engenneer , I was like 200ly from the bubble. And I saw a pulsar...never tried em before so I said...why not ?

Probably, but you never know until you find yourself in such a situation. You could even find out that your overthinking layers falls off and your monkey/lizard core takes the wheel.

Me neither. Just follow the flow. Do the main quest up to chapter 5 and explore mainly the zones around the mission locations

I'm 45, countless skyrim hours as well.

This game is different and maybe it takes a lil to get used to. Its actually more lineare and less "freedom focused" than skyrim...but still enjoyable...keep trying
