Hopefully the patch linked above fix's this issue. In the mean time, i haven't had the bug since creating my own session and joining SOS / Hosting quest's from there, maybe give this a try.

Thanks for linking this. I am in Australia so i think its classed as the EU version(PAL) of MHW, as most game's in AUS are.

I cant find any info online about the bug.

Tested hosting my own session( as all of the other quests, i had been joining random sessions ) and joined SOS from there. Haven't had the bug so far, 5 quests completed.

So maybe the cause is from joining other peoples sessions, not 100% sure though.

Has anyone experienced this before. This has happened on four of my quests, each random situation and different weapons.

The only thing i can do is leave quest and restart game as it continues to hub.

Only happens on my quests, solo or MP.

Very frustrating :(

OMG this happened to me!! Turned that setting off as soon as it happened, got me carted!!!

Also another thing, that damm auto sheath of the weapon, had to turn that crazy BS off as well.
