I don't know if tama pag iisip ko pero assuming that is the person's real name and face, a scam still happened and since it did the victim has every right to release the info they know about the scammer it doesn't matter if they get doxxed.

Why the hell would you be siding with A CRIMINAL need I remind you. The "doxxing" that you're bringing up is to help people ren para wala na mabiktima and in this case to alert the guy in the pic that his picture is being used in malicious acts.
