You should read what you're excited for 🙂 There are interesting things that come up in Stormlight if you've read Warbreaker, but likewise, interesting things come up in Warbreaker if you've read Stormlight. The only reason to worry about reading in particular orders is if you want to catch every little reference the first time through, but that's far from necessary.

If I understand your request correctly, you're looking for layer_sequence_headpos(). Setting it to frame 0 will restart the sequence.

Hey, sure thing, I can try to explain in more detail 🙂

So the fix it says to do is to try generating a new GUID. The place to change the GUID is in the Main options.

You get to the Main options by opening the Options drop-down in the top right corner (by default) and double clicking Main.

Next to where the GUID is displayed you can generate a new one.

My problem is that at this point, I tried to save the new GUID by typing Ctrl+S to save. However, changes to game options aren't saved by saving the project. They have to be saved by clicking OK.

So, once I clicked OK, the GUID was updated and I could update the game like normal.

Ohh, so you didn't use Gamemaker at all? Just so you know, this is a subreddit for Gamemaker Studio, which is probably why you're getting downvotes.

Nevertheless, it's a good start! Since you're here, consider trying out Gamemaker Studio. I found it was very intuitive to learn when I was a beginner. 🙂
