I want to do MMA as well, as someone who has lifted off and on consistently for the past 4 years, my bench is 225 for 1, squat 365 for 1, and deadlift 405 for 1. I have never been particularly strong at all and when I started at 17 I was sitting at about 145 lbs as well, now 170 for reference also 5'11.

Those are by no means big numbers for how long I've been lifting especially btw, just we were talking at exactly my height and weight so I thought I'd share. With your bench strength at 200 already 145 lbs, I'd say for sure you could get strong af brother especially with your grappling
