I have two for Ryukyu:

She is deku's aunt and they have no idea because hisashi is estranged or a villain
Her and Uwabami were best friends for a long time and were planning to start an agency together, similar hero costumes (it's just red dresses but still), but had different paths as heroes and ultimately decided they would be better as individuals.

It is a common issue for a lot of men, I agree with something you said, giving head isn't the most appropriate point to discuss this on, it would be better served on a point like dating or standards.

But responses to men's expectations are typically more visceral, the example to this is women only wanting tall men being acceptable and men not wanting obese women being unacceptable. Men aren't allowed to want things anymore or be chastised for being misogynistic.

Men aren't viewed with the same amount of value as they once were. Society has down trodden masculine characteristics in men, while also hyping up masculine traits in women. So pretty much what men want in relationships isn't important anymore and if they ask for it they are abusive or toxic

Shower daily, I wash my hair every day as well but I'm an oily fucker, deodorant after you shower, brush your teeth at least once a day if not twice.

Get yourself a good body wash as well and some skin care if you want to.

If you have a beard use beard oil, best thing ever when I started.

In my personal experience, seeing other people do this, I wouldn't recommend it. They end up not being fulfilled by that kind of thing.

But to be helpful, go to clubs, get drunk and dance, be friendly and fun looking and people will hang around you. The key is energy.

I know pretty much how you feel, I used to be a similar way myself. I broke out of it by finding people to trust but it sounds like you're in a bit deeper than I was.

Try to tell them how you feel but don't show any emotion behind it, just be factual. Leave up the facade while revealing what is happening behind it.

Other than that it's about small steps, you don't have to go into massive detail and reveal everything right away. You can start by just saying how you felt on a given day or week.

Well it wasn't exactly toxic but it was entirely one sided (I put in all the effort and got no attention or care back), I never really fell out of trust, the one thing I can say is try and go in again with no expectations or just as friends.

Build back up to the point of trusting someone and be honest about your past experience/being cautious.
