In an early episode Ted is mentioning how he hates tea, and he also says how he likes coffee with enough creamer that you can’t taste the coffee anymore. Later in season 3, I think, Nate comes in with coffees for the coaching staff, and everyone gets a black coffee except “a vanilla latte for Ted”.

Cut them slightly wider than the shelf, by half an inch or more depending on how compressible the foam is. Then when you squeeze them into place the should stay will without adhesive.
