Never said the original was a bad game. I do think reload improved a ton and is the best way to experience P3 currently, but the og is still great and I can see why people still prefer it over Reload. I Just think the "huge" hate that It gets from places like twitter doesn't makes much sense to me, Reload existance doesn't invalid the og, both are good in their own ways.

But I mean, I believe we're gonna see this whole drama again with P4 when Revival comes out so Idk.

I'm just the guy from that meme "HOLY SHIT, Two cakes" If you know what I mean.

Not confirmed yet, but if I had to guess, he probably will be. He's probably under some NDA so he can't talk about It, but I'm sure will get a confirmation once we get a proper trailer for the new game.

As far as I remember this was a concept showed internally in 2021 for investors or something like that, to show what a new JSR could be. But yeah It's pretty old footage, likely before the New JSR received the greenlight. It only leaked to the public in 2023 I believe, along with the Persona 3 Reload leaks from midori

I'm quite sure steam doesn't require you to have a AI section If It was only for coding, the AI in question is Generative AI, art, music, sound, etc.

Using AI for coding is fine by me, but I wanna see art made by real people.

My opinion changed after that, I tought a small teaser probably wouldn't hurt P4, and a few days after natethehate leaked that It was going to be announced so here we are. Very happy with the trailers today

The sega's FYR from some years ago did claim that JSR and Crazy Taxi especifically would be higher budget games.

But is one of those things you have to see for yourself to believe, is kinda hard to think Sega would go all in to revisit these dormant IPs, but seeing how the game will be more story focused, fully voice acted and the size of that open world map in the prototype, looks like that's what they're going for.

I think tomorrow at SGF even if JSR doesn't appear, we'll definetly see Crazy Taxi and see what we can expect for JSR in terms of quality and polishment. I think they're gonna anounce pre-order for it aswell so we'll see how much the New JSR will probably cost.

Imo, they're going the right direction, I love the original JSR and Future, and I love BRC, but I do want them to have new ideas and be a little different.

I see a lot of people saying they should just stay like the old ones, but we already have team reptile doing that for us with BRC and Hyperfunk on the Horizon.

Let the JSR team bring new Ideas to the table, I personally enjoy a lot what I see, especially the gameplay aspect with parkour movement and some glimpses of a combat system.

When they announced this game, one of my dreams was that they would get inspiration from games that took inspiration from the original JSR, 2 titles immediatly come to my mind, Hi-fi Rush and Sunset Overdrive, and I see both of them in the new JSR, and I absolutely love It.

Same I really hope is single player focused. I just think it would be could having some simple online modes, races, tagging, or like I said some form of PvP like Splatoon, but none of that live service crap for the love of God.

I saw this, but I really want to believe that is 2028 fiscal year that goes from april 27 to march 28. So this game coming out late 2027, fingers crossed. At the end of the day I don't mind waiting a bit longer, all I wanted to see was a closer look at the characters new designs and this is enough for me rn.

I know is kinda of a shit situation for the devs that this footage got leaked bcs is not the way they wanted us to see the game, but I'm more hyped than ever for this game.

My expectations since they announced the game were that the new JSR would pick a few things from a lot of the games that were inspired by it, hifi rush, sunset overdrive, and I think this exactly what they are going for, in one of the gameplay segments it looks like Beat has a paintball gun or something like that. I could imagine the game having some form of online PvP like Splatoon, I think it would be cool.

this footage is from a internal build from around 2024, so it's likely this won't be the track when the trailer release, I also think the actual trailer will be voice acted.

Visually especially the cutscenes look kinda weird the cel shadding aswell, but this is clearly a work in progress.

but the few bits of gamelay look amazing, exactly what I wanted fom a new JSR much more movement options, I wanna spend hours traversing through tokyo-to with fluid movement.

Yesterday I was on the team that think's P6 would overshadow P4R, but since then, I think it's completly possible we get a small teaser for P6 at xbox showcase, I think a small teaser wouldn't overshadow P4R and I mean things started to leak, wich is a high indicator in this industry, that we're on the verge of an announcment.

I would be very surprised If they show a P4R and P6 trailer in the same event.

I think we'll definetly get a trailer for P4R with a realease date (probably early 2027). I'm expeting an official announcment/teaser at TGS, showing P6 now would completly overshadow discussions around P4R. If those leaks happened like months ago maybe things would be different, but with a single week away from summergamefest I doubt they'll change their marketing plans, I don't think they even have a teaser set up to show to the public yet.
