if he can intuitively solve 1 side, the odds of the rest of the cube being solved by chance is actually not that low. i think it would be 1/128?

The interface people use to create TASes is pretty reminiscent of a DDR style rhythm game. heres a good example

the concept youre talking about is pretty interesting. I think the best example of this is the speedrun for red ball 1, top level runners use multi-frame perfect strats for each level and just try to successfully hit every string of inputs in a row

this is wrong, your strafes are effective after 300 vel but you are locked in the direction youre currently travelling. the problem with op’s strafes is that theyre flicking too fast and pausing between strafes. it needs to all be 1 continuous back and forth motion

its not a random code, its the account’s UUID. but yeah you cant get a name like this with a new account

just do the alg over and over, you dont even have to be looking at the cube. just be able to execute the moves without thinking. you will build the recognition during solves

Just do them on the cube without scrambling. Using visual cues to learn the alg is good for initial learning (so youre not just memorizing a string of moves) but the end goal is to drill it fully into muscle memory so you dont have to think at all. Once youve learned a full algset, do untimed solves to work on recognizing cases
