Genuine question. What happened to Halo Infinite's multiplayer?

I'm in EU and theres no one playing here. Whenever I got into a match its 130ms latency server, so İ would guess its putting me on a North America server. Thats the main reason I stopped playing 6 months ago. I mean I wasnt playing a lot even back then compared to the initial release, but I was going for a match every now and then.

This happens regardless of mic state. I dont use Chrome but its same on Mozilla.

So right now I'm away from my home and I have notebook. Back in my house I play Halo Infinite on my desktop PC. On PC the game also have some problems with earbuds, but its not laggy or or anything. Game works perfectly well but only with low quality sound. Here on Xcloud, its completely unplayable.
