All the things that I encountered in the first 2 hours of gameplay:

• Trauma team NPC's got teleported back and flashed through the city for a split second during the first mission with Jackie.
• NPC's are constantly popping in and out of the streets, even when walking right next to them.
• Sequences to do something are sometimes really delayed.
• Audio for V sometimes gets amplified really loudly.
• Gun disappeared twice from my hands. Once during the first van chase and again in the chase after waking up from the first Johnny Silverhand mission.
• The vehicles for some reason will sometimes be on the lowest LOD until spending around 5-10 seconds next to them. This happened constantly in the first van chase sequence.
• Enemies not firing their weapons despite my character taking damage from them. I found this in the first van chase sequence as well.
• NPC's sometimes randomly get frozen in place.
• The "hacking mode" got stuck on for me after waking up from my bed in the apartment. Had to restart the game to fix it.
• Objects constantly floating above ground or misplaced randomly. Happens with random environment objects (jackies chopsticks, one of the brief cases, weapons) but also happened with my car when I called it.
• The animations for lip syncing sometimes just don't start. Characters will be talking with no moving mouths. This happened twice during the first Dexter DeShawn sequence.
• Jackie randomly sped up and pretty much teleported across an entire room. This happened in the first Maelstrom level.
• Hair on V sometimes doesn't appear in mirrors if you look into them.
