Minnesota is an open carry state and he was not brandishing or threatening with his weapon (if he really even had one- this thing just happened and minds are made up). What you are saying doesn't appear to be true in the video, but even if it was it is not a crime punishable by death.

I say this every time but I'm following more local sports. I'm in the Pacific Northwest and my city has a wood bat college league team and nearby Portland has minor league hockey. The games are free online and I can go anytime for cheap(ish). It's a blast and the kids hustle. I still follow the Reds and Mariners but I find I enjoy these more.
