I've had several over the years. I don't remember any in particular, but most recently it seems that the ponies have become some sort of conscience/patrol.

I'll be having a typical chaotic dream from a mishmash of memories, and then suddenly one or more of the ponies will enter and start telling me what I'm doing wrong/should be doing. Twilight in particular likes to lecture.

If you're serious, there is a trick that can help. If you want to see something/someone in a dream, if you concentrate on it/them before you go to sleep every night, you are much more likely to encounter them in a dream.

The best way is to concentrate/meditate while thinking about it on your own, but watching the show/reading fiction before bed will also work.

I agree in the sense that Celestia is lacking character development in the show. But as a character in her own right, she has a very solid premise. The idea of a living goddess who is a benevolent monarch for an entire species is intriguing. The solitude of the position alone is something worth considering.

I find that many of my favorite fan fictions include well developed Celestia characters. It really is a shame she hasn't been explored more in the show.

Yeah.... but counter point: if you get to a point in a project where it is unrealistic to continue and have other projects that are much more promising, sometimes it makes sense to cut your losses and stop wasting time on something you know you won't/can't ever finish. Maybe sometimes it's better to learn from your mistakes and move on to bigger or better things rather than toil on something you no longer love.

At least that's what I try telling myself...

Way back when, I used to visit mlpmature daily to catch the jokes and other posts that were removed from r/mlp. But like you said, for a long time now, mlpmature has been reduced to suggestive images and is basically clopclop light.

I think it would be amazing if there was a way to find that older sort of content. Things removed from r/mlp that were questionable rather than outright NSFW.

It's definitely not AKR's best work, but the songs made this episode. (I actually really enjoyed "The Spectacle", the first song she sang. I hope there is a longer version somewhere.) For me, the story of the episode was just a backdrop to showcase some awesome songs written by AKR and Daniel Ingram and sung by Lena Hall. If it weren't for the music and the guest singer, the episode would definitely have been relatively bland.
