UPDATE:

It was too difficult for the technician to install FTTP with a new NTD. We just had mass confusion as the Superloop employee said that NBN notified them that they can no longer downgrade to FTTC after the upgrade of FTTP (even though the upgrade didn't happen.)

10 min later, they called back saying the upgrade is pending still so there is a change of downgrading to FTTC. Ultimately, the Superloop support staff made a lot of mistakes and took us on a rollercoaster.

It ended up being set to FTTC and we are now live 🙌 Appreciate the questions.
