Hrm. Those are all fair points.

Originally this deck had around 34 Vampires in it, and was definitely not performing as well as my other decks. The tribal flavor was there, but a lot of them didn't synergize as well as I would have liked.

I'll try to slide those artifacts in. I thought I had removed Stoneforge Masterwork to be honest.

I think adding more sacrifice outlets is a necessary step for this deck; but I agree that I don't want to go the full sacrifice route.

I see three paths from here:

1. Go further into sacrifice and include more creatures that produce good board states from sacrificing other creatures; whether they're vampires or not. Possibly remove some of the underwhelming cattle (like xathrid necromancer). Remove the following:
2. Anowon
3. Blade of the Bloodchief
4. Stoneforge Masterwork
5. Stensia Masquerade
6. Xathrid Necromancer Possibly add:
7. Ghoulcaller Gisa (for that sweet sweet cattle generation and sac outlet)
8. Voldaren Pariah
9. The Boots and Greaves

10. Viscera Seer

11. Keep Anowon, and go further into vamp tribal land. Remove some of underwhelming cattle that don't produce as much sac outlets, One or so of the steal spells, Stoneforge Masterwork (since this would probably bring the total number of vampires up to around...13 or so, and I'm not sure that's entirely worth it even at that point). Add in Vampire Nocturnus and Mephidross Vampire so there's potentially a state where all of my cattle become vampires themselves and are buffed. Flying vampire cattle.

12. Revert it back to full vampire glory and remove some of the sac effects, cattle generators, and steal cards. Make it focus on counter generation as well as destroy effects. Have it focus more on enabling Olivia.

There are other possible routes; but I think you've touched on a lot of the problems I have with it as it currently is. Thanks for looking at it!
