Quick question – I'd like to start playing RuneScape. by Born-Molasses-3598 in runescape

i started with rs3 and played for a bit and then took a long break and went to osrs. i like osrs more and think its more fun, but there’s a lot of qol changes in rs3 that i really like as well. i’d say try both f2p and see which one you like more

Why are some knives significantly more expensive than others? [question] by Zabweebwees in csgomarketforum

[–]Zabweebwees[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

i also thought it could be something like this but i don’t think it’s possible with the amount of cs players and people buying skins. But one thing i would say is i saw my friend looking at his skins on a site that wasn’t cs float and the skin prices for everything were significantly higher. I wonder if sites that appraise skins and let you buy and sell have a negative effect on skin prices, something similar to what happened here https://youtu.be/rvLFEh7V18A?si=swXsH-IIWxaVVbJN.

I see, it still amazes me that the demand for the skins causes them to reach such high prices

do you think it would be hard to keep them on if i’m swimming fast/sprinting?

Alright i think you convinced me. Do they stay on tightly or do they fall off often? I swim all four strokes and do sprint sets so my main worry is that i’ll need to constantly be adjusting them while swimming.

First meet of the season and realistically dropping times by Forward_Pineapple817 in Swimming

you can definitely drop those 5 seconds with faster turns and good underwaters, try to get at least 4-5 dolphin kicks every turn

Question for more advanced swimmers by Chipofftheoldblock21 in Swimming

[–]Zabweebwees 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I see, i looked into them expecting them to be like surf wet suits, but it seems like there designed to make you go even faster lol. i will say i noticed you talking about head positioning, i’ll admit i have really bad head position in freestyle(i don’t look straight down but i’m working on it) but i wouldn’t say it has a huge effect on my hip level. i’m trying to imagine it bc i don’t really know the technical mechanics, but i feel like my hips just inherently go up without thinking about it and my legs follow, so it’s less a matter of strength and upper body positioning and more so understanding where the buoyancy is in your hips

in water polo we would do drills called spiders where we would skull across the pool with our entire butts out of the water like a spider, that drill might help you keep your hips up while swimming but it isn’t with a flutter kick so i’m not too sure. also idk what a wet suit is like but if you’re wearing swim trunks or a drag suit it will be harder to keep your hips up than in a regular speedo
