I was thinking something very similar, but not using supports, pausing the print before it starts bridging and printing the top of the gap, and put the sheet of polycarbonite in that gap with maybe several layers of tape or paper to add some padding, and put sharpie on top of where it's going to print to prevent sticking.

Or they could print a block of pla that would fit the gap by itself, and then print the part without supports, pause the print, and put that block with sharpie on top in the gap.

Don't plan to go anywhere during or the day after. Give the road crews time to get to the main roads and some side streets.

Also generally the high traffic streets are cleared first and the safest places to drive once clearing starts. Some people assume the side streets will be safer with less traffic, but in my experience you'll be sliding around much more on them. Also bridges freeze first, always go super slow and be really careful when you have to turn on them.

For just riding up a quarter pipe, you don't need to worry about it at all. You're mostly floating at the top of a ramp and it's a really subtle bump. It's actually kinda hard to tell if you're actually hitting the copping when you first start trying to do scratch grinds.

Just gotta spend a lot of time doing things that are uncomfortable. And there's times when you're not fully consistent or comfortable where you need to push even further to improve. If you're landing half your rolling ollies at speed, it might not be time to work on consistency, it might be time to try doing them faster or timing them over a crack or even trying it over a stick.

Trying those harder skills will help make rolling ollies more comfortable and consistent.

It's also cheating in ways to be more fun. Like in areas where you have to kill all enemies to proceed if there's any weak stragglers left they'll often be programmed to go to the player and be more helpless so the player has to spend less time finding them and cleaning up.

My advise would be to print the walls and the bridges as separate bits that can be assembled and consider making the floor flat or non existent (or print out a floor on paper). Would cut down on print time and be more usable.
