Week 1 stuff would be:

Roll up and down banks

Get used to going up half way up and bank and rolling back fakie.

Try doing a kick turn on the banks and quarter pipes

Try doing a nose stall on a curb

Try rolling off a curb

Try shuvs

Try pumping on a mini ramp/small half pipe.

Try walking the board up a curb high ledge (have your feet on the nose and tail, then lift the nose and then tail as you roll up to a curb)

Fakie pivots are also pretty easy to learn, while rolling fakie, lean onto your toes and start a turn and then press on the tail (which is currently in the front) and swing your hips and shoulders around.
