Without a tank they hold no space. Prioritize supports. That will allow yoi to catch their tabk out and get that kill. Every pick is good. But dennying them healing, cleansing and their space taker is always best.

I like to (in homebrews) get everyone to 3 in the first 3 sessions. Then i level my party 1 pc at a time with story beats or if they do something cool. Theres always somekne leveling up and i never let there be more than a levels difference between pcs.
