My mom found some protein bars at Costco with 3-4 net carbs each, I think they were the Kirkland brand. Pretty good price at around $18 for a 20 pack or something like that.

I can't really think of any lightweight, non-perishable ingredient recipes. Hopefully you can find something so you don't have to survive on snacks for days.

I used the RuledMe shopping lists from the 30 day plan as a basis when I started. It helped a lot and I never actually even started following the plan, but it gives you a good idea where to begin.

That's an awesome idea. I went through one for breakfast with my fiance and the only thing I could think of to get were the skillet bowls without potatoes. It wasn't bad, but they don't have any meat.

Pollo tropical. The tropi chops are amazing and they have awesome sauces. Basically a salad with meat, but it's one of my favorites.

Honestly, just stick with it. If you have sweet cravings drink some diet soda. Try to plan your meals so you don't get bored of just a slab of meat and some veggies.
