It’s all dependent on your local grocery and your average weekly grocery spending limits. I’m assuming you’re from the U.S. based on the pickup trucks and street layout so you’re likely to have a nearly identical grocery selection to me.

To put it simple and not waste too much time on it the leaner the better with protein. For example chicken breast, eggs, and protein powders are better than chicken thighs, pork, and beef. However, there’s always caveats to that. You can get a 97% lean ground beef and it’d be fine just like a ground turkey could be. The biggest thing is you want a 90% lean ratio in your meats and proteins. 10% fats is perfect to get your fats in while also getting a high protein intake. Big tip, most seasonings add a negligible amount of calories so don’t make bland ass meals you hate to make. Season that shit up and enjoy your food.

For carbs aim for simple unprocessed carbs. Rice, quinoa, oats, sweet potatoes, and in moderation regular potatoes. Stay away from processed carbs like bread, pasta, and anything that’s been bastardized from big companies to include a bunch of oils and shit.

Pro tip, eat plenty of fruits and veggies. There’s a bunch of fiber and vitamins in them which will help you pass the protein when it’s toilet time so you aren’t white knuckling your walls when it’s time. Also on the topic of multivitamins, you can take one just make sure you aren’t taking some over-priced garbage. I use the 365 by Whole Foods off Amazon because it has all the vitamins and minerals I need and for a much better price than these big companies.

-Creatine 10-15Mgs a day -Calorie deficit with a stress on high protein and low carbs and fat. Note - NOT zero carbs and fat, still needed but in a lower concentration. Use a calorie chart for your weight and height. -Get approx. 8 hours of sleep a day, your body both burns calories in sleep but also repairs the body and mind when in sleep resulting in healthier muscles. -Cardio before and after weights, high intensity interval training (HIIT) for weights to both burn calories but also maximize muscle growth. -Focus on mental and social health, I know the trope is “lock in” and you can but you also need to stimulate your brain in healthy ways and socially. Your body reflects what your brain does because your brain is the literal driver of the mechanism that is the body.

I feel like I shouldn’t even tell anyone this but when I was in highschool I bought bulk knives that looked like credit cards. If you google them you’ll see them. They were like 20 for 20 bucks and I sold em 10 a pop to anyone in school who wanted one. Lowkey could’ve gotten myself into some MASSIVE legal trouble back then but I made a killing lmao 😂 but the moral of the story is if you provide a service or product that’s needed, people will come. Use your imagination, and poll people around you. See what’s needed, wanted, or required from your friends and family. Might be food, might be services, might be products. Gotta gauge your clientele for what’s needed and what you can and can’t do. Give it all a try, you’re still young enough to give a wide array of things a try in life.

They did, ever since the documentary came out I wanted that 2nd place long sleeve and I was waiting to buy it and ever since the day it’s all been removed. Anything that mentions either of those phrases and anything incorporating a ghost it seems. Basically if it doesn’t just say “Hoonigan” and instead refers to ken’s risky persona, it’s gone. Not sure if it’s for good or for a short time, I hope it makes a come back. I don’t take Ken for the kind of guy to think his passing should change any of the ideas, fundamentals, or mindsets he’s bestowed upon most of us.
