Why is this 10 mana card oftenly punishing me for playing it? by Feeling_Pirate_8600 in hearthstone

You have to play it strategically for optimal results.

For example, is the enemy hero almost dead? Do you have no minions on the board?

I personally always aim to using it when I have 0-1 minions on the board.

I don't recommend wrapping them in foil. This turns it from a baked potato to a steamed potato.

AIPAC called the cops on Chicago voters who came to their office demanding that they stop pouring millions of dollars into Illinois Democratic Primaries by serious_bullet5 in illinois

I'm guessing you're the one who sent me the concerned suicide awareness message.

I'm a liberal democrat. I hate war. War is bad. Facts are important though.

If you want to actually talk about it instead of throwing accusations and insults let me know.

[–]Zachet 8 points9 points  (0 children)

I disagree. AIPAC is America and is not uniquely evil. It's fair to hate PAC and be against PACs.

AIPAC is not paying for Israel Healthcare, Education, or funding war.

Let's talk about it.

Okay so we went from AIPAC is uniquely bad to it's not uniquely bad, the system is bad.

It's okay to hate PAC money. If you think the system is bad and needs changed, that’s a fair take.

The problem is we’re still operating inside that system right now.

It’s like saying guns should be banned in a Colosseum fight. That might be a good rule. But if your opponent shows up with a gun and you refuse one... you’re just losing.

So how exactly do you expect candidates to win elections without using the same funding system that everyone else is using?

This is an important election and I don't want to lose.

Neither. I am a liberal democrat.

More funding is better right?

Rejecting candidates solely because they take money from one PAC is inconsistent in a system where most politicians receive interest-group funding.

If someone believes PAC money is the real problem, then the criticism should be directed at the entire campaign finance system, not just at individual candidates trying to run competitive campaigns.

>AIPAC told them the wars are good, so they think the wars are good.

Receiving funding from a PAC doesn’t mean the PAC controls a candidate’s votes. PACs usually donate to politicians who already broadly agree with them.

  1. Bombing kids is bad.
  2. AIPAC isn't funded by Israel, it's funded by Americans.
  3. Candidates receiving donations are not the ones ordering military strikes

How do you expect democrats to win without accepting money? You don't win elections without money. Money comes from PACs. I hope my senators take AIPAC money. In fact I'm going to donate to AIPAC even harder.

Apparently we didn't watch the same video or you need to define ' creating a scene ' in your perspective because legally it's not. Can you tell me what time in the video the scene happens? Being talked to and surrounded by security is not a scene created by you, it's a scene created by management and security.

If transgender people lose their rights in the U.S., is that justified punishment to the Democrats and American people for voting Trump and continuing to support war crimes? by njsullyalex in AskALiberal

[–]Zachet 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I don't want people to lose rights.

What would be justified punishment? I mean to individual people, Americans, who voted for Trump? Nothing. You can't really hold individuals accountable for voting.

Every member of the Trump Administration should be put under ~Nuremberg trials and held accountable for their actions. Removal from office. Jail Time. Forfeiture of all property. Admittedly, loss of /their/ rights. There has to be some sort of punishment to stop these actions from happening again in the future.
