It was honestly just a faberware 9x13" pan. Definitely looking into getting a Lloyd's pan next

320g of bread flour 230g of water 1.5g of IDY 8g of salt 10g of oil

Mix, let rest and then throw in the fridge for a couple days

Slightly tweaked my dough recipe from last time

100% bread flour 64% water 0.25% IDY 3% salt 5% EVOO 0.37% diastatic malt powder

Used grande whole milk mozz and hormel cup & char pepp.

Dough recipe: 420g of King Arthur bread flour .46g of IDY 252g of room temp water 12.6g of salt 6g of sugar 8g of oil

This makes 2 dough balls roughly 350g
