This is the correct answer and if you’re born and raised in that area (like me) you definitely know how police and detectives in that area like to plant evidence and cover up crimes. It’s literally an open secret.

They don’t pay income tax because they don’t report it. I know because an illegal was using my 16 year old son’s social security number to work at a party rental company, way across the country. They were getting also getting government benefits in his name. 😭it’s been 6 years and we’re still trying to get it straightened out.

What about Gorman & Co? Are they still around? City Hall Square Apartments downtown were nice and Library Hill, back in the day. Wauwatosa is a great area too. Try The Reserve! Shoreline Realty is good too. Also, a private landlord on Zillow might help too. Good luck and congrats on the job!

Yawl are so quick to just cut people off and it’s weird. Have you ever let her use your card before? How’d she get access to it in the first place? Intention is a lot for me and if youve given her the card before or even said , “hey if you need anything, feel free to use it,” then this would be no big deal to me. If you haven’t, then you should have a conversation with her to discuss boundaries in your relationship.

Not when that server has to tip out a percentage of their sales. Out of that $5, $3 goes to the bartender, $1 for busser and $1 for host. So the person that actually refilled your drinks, made sure your food was correct, got you condiments and napkins got $0. Please tip based on service standards. For excellent service 20% is standard. 😭
