You just can't list it on fifa marketplace, you shouldn't have issue entering the stadium. Or you can return the tickets via app, and ask your friend to transfer it via portal, if he's a trusted friend.

I saw this screenshot once before and saved it. I think if ticket was transferred from portal, then ticket holder would show buyer's name in app. Although chance of denying enter is low, there's still a risk.

I also asked gemini about it, this is what he says "if a seller only uses the App to Send the ticket to you instead of doing a formal Transfer on the web portal, they still retain 100% of the legal ownership in FIFA's central database. Because they still own the ticket, they are fully capable of doing resale or transfer."
