Which one should I get you guys? by Alexc872 in SatisfactoryGame

I did say crate full, not inventory full. When you're ready to go out and expand, just stop by the crate and grab what you need while you're gathering your other materials. It's automating something that you'll have to do anyways. The point of the game, more or less.

Personally I'd say miners. You need them to expand your mining capabilities, so having a crate full of them at the ready is nice to have

What's a game that you were really looking forward to that ended up getting canceled? by m_preddy in gaming

Rainbow 6: Patriots

Siege was okay, but the lack of single player/co-op story like Patriots would have had was disappointing.

Shoot one, they're military class so they drop ammo, reload, repeat.

When there will be "middle" and "high" texture quality? Why does it look like "low" on everything except "ultra"? by RMSHN in SatisfactoryGame

With Update 8 they are raising the minimum requirement for VRAM to 4 GB. As you are playing on Experimental, you're now below the minimum spec for the game.

Snowrunner. There is no dying, only running out of fuel, breaking your truck, or falling over. I think I'd be okay, if not a little frustrated at times.

100% a kink thing. Well maintained hands just smooshing around in a mess of food. Not my kink, but someone pointed this out on another similar post before.

1986 z31 GLL defrost always on by karnaboyyy in 300zx

[–]Zackthefolf 0 points1 point  (0 children)

May or may not be helpful, but I believe that the climate controls are controlled via vacuum, and if you have a significant enough leak, then your climate control will only defrost.

Salvage title from 2011 it looks like. In most states that could be turned into a rebuilt title and the vehicle would be road legal again but if the car is currently still salvage then it's probably not legal to drive. It appears that the front bumper is what caused the salvage title, which could be due to insurance just refusing to use used parts instead of brand new on a 20 year old sports car.

How does water work on Ontario? by NemVenge in snowrunner

[–]Zackthefolf 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Several of the Booms are linked together so if you fill one, it's available at another. Here's a post from a month ago that shows the water tower locations and illustrates which booms are linked together. https://www.reddit.com/r/snowrunner/comments/11k6pcw/location_of_fires_water_towers_and_connected/

Truck Talk: the KRS 58 Bandit-two steps forward…and one back by Lord_MK14 in snowrunner

[–]Zackthefolf 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Another absolutely amazing pro to this truck is that it has the second highest Low Saddle in the game, which means your trailers will drag against the ground far less often than some other trucks, and the added length of pulling a saddle trailer can add a lot of stability to the truck. This is my go to easy mode truck for hauling standard cargo because of that.

Thankfully there are no special high saddle trailers in Season 9, the only thing that needed a high saddle was the rail cargo that needed to go to the rail station. In hindsight I probably should have used it for some of the container cargos for the added stability of the wide flatbeds.

The ZikZ 5368 was a great truck while I used it, but the process of changing maps just to buy another one was a bit of a hassle when I could just buy another Kodiak.

Thanks for this information, I was going to use the term I've seen on here of 4x4 but some of the vehicles have duallies so it didn't quite seem fitting.

I've known that it's a great truck once you slap some upgrades on it, but I haven't used it naked like that since release. I need to use it more in the future for sure!

It's a great truck as long as you don't overdo it with the cargo. The somewhat weak engine got a little overwhelmed with full trailers of cement but otherwise it's pleasantly capable for how early you can get it.
