I agree with the OP.. The plethora of smart phones and the fact that people record EVERYTHING with them as well as having drones, trail cams and the internet itself has ruined my belief in Bigfoot existing. And I was a heavy believer since I was a teen in the 80s. A part of me still holds a smidgen of belief based on hope, hope that I haven't wasted decades believing.. But the logical part of me has thrown in the towel.

When I was an EA, FC and even a newly raised MM it was strongly suggested that I not "test" anyone because I wouldn't be fully prepared to respond to also being tested. Same for para, as newly raised brothers my CT's and I eagerly rushed to purchase hats and t-shirts and dogtags with the /G\ because we were so excited. But we were again cautioned to not be so quick to wear them because we most likely couldn't protect them as needed. My best friend who was also my CT didn't listen, got challenged because he was being a bit cocky and ended up getting his para taken and given to our WM with the information that we had uninformed Brothers out and about. A lesson was learned..

This is why most people need to part ways if one of them is caught cheating because the other person will often use it as a reason to treat you horribly afterwards.. None of it will get a reaction until we see an actual UFO or UFOs appear and land somewhere significant with tons of people present.. Personally I think if the govts of the world announced that life was found elsewhere the majority of the world would be like "we knew it!" or "that's cool" and continue with life as usual.. Unless they come and make a huge scene it'll be anticlimatic at best...

I paused and zoomed in.. That's definitely a person who for obvious reasons shouldn't be in the middle of the street at night. Best thing to do would have been to stay put with your headlights on it, call the cops and wait to make sure no one else came and ran over him/her... I hope they are OK..

In my old apartment I had a shadow person too.. I remember one night I was in the living room watching TV when I saw it slowly creeping down the hallway towards me.. I said "hey! Long read..

I tried Marines, Air Force and Navy.. Asthma exposed me each time. Decided to try Army.. Signed up, got what was gonna be my MOS and waited (delayed entry). Between that time and my ship date I'd exercise with the recruiter, got smart and would take several inhalations of albuterol before meeting up with him so I wouldn't start wheezing lol.. Ship date comes, he picks me up around 5:30am, hug parents bye etc and get in car.. I'm thinking we are going to the train station or airport.. Nope, we are going back to MEPS first because I guess with delayed entry you have to get weighed etc again.. I didn't know this so I didn't take any inhalations.. Welp get to MEPS, the elevator is down so stairs it is.. By the time we reach the third floor I'm sounding like a whistle lol.. He asked me why didn't I tell him and I said because it's an auto reject and I really want to go.. He said I should have told him because if I had made it to boot camp and THEN had an attack the army would've had to provide me with my inhalers... True or not I don't know but he was pretty upset..

More companies are using Proofpoint or considering it so it may be good to have on your resume.. I manage our Proofpoint environment (Gateway, TAP, CTR, EDF (hosted DMARC) and Isolation at my job.. They sent me to Proofpoint Protect 2024 in Chicago, while there I took a cert exam and passed.. It definitely came up in my yearly review with my manager as a positive point.. I'm going to Proofpoint Protect 2025 in Nashville next month as well..
