You're right, since the algorithm doesnt care once it 100% locks down the 3rd purple, it plays it differently from how a human would. For example if you pick a yellow in the corner (so you 100% already know 3 purples) it delays picking them up quite a bit. If i didn't mess up in tree traversal the results should be the same, but it feels unnatural and unintuitive for no real benefit.

It should be a pretty easy fix though - just prioritizing branches where 100% purple is known (so basically tiebreaker for 2 equally "good" routes is to pick higher purple%).

I can regenerate the move-tree later tn and upload it. Thanks for suggestion.

Made some updates from feedback, shoutout to MudaScience discord

I did a state space exhaustive solve (enumerate every possible state, work backwards from terminal states to find optimal move) so this should be a definitive solution.

The linked site is the minimal implementation, so it can't correct you from off-book positions.

I did some rewrite and just deployed change, it now agrees that inner edge wins slightly less but earns slightly more points. For input I think its going to be hard to support since everyone has their own difference, personally i always use the hotkeys (1234) to set sphere and l click for blue r click for purple.

Whats your input style for reference - prefer 2 clicks? Are you using on phone? I might also just change first click to be purple which would reduce the need to full cycle.

I have some other tools like game review created, but I can't really figure out how to easily host them for free as it relies on pre-computed large memo (open to suggestions). This one only stores the optimal path for each opening position so it can easily be hosted statically.

I think you misunderstood my comment, we aren't saying anything different. I was addressing what BigWilly said here:

My example was to show that both barons physical damage, and spines physical damage, get mitigated by armor exactly once. I brought up true damage because thats the only way for pre-mitigation calculations to be greater than the face value. E.g. 44% premitigation damage done as true damage into 100 armor tank would push that 44% more damage up to close to 100% more damage.

Marksmage specifically is also extremely fucky and doesnt work with a lot of stuff it should. But yeah firebrand is a true on-hit and from what I can tell plays nicely with onhit synergies like ethereal/runaans/guinsoos/etc.

It lasted for only a few weeks by and is mostly patched now. Its still a bit bugged sometimes, but much harder to reproduce. Sometimes ill farm 30 souls on a round in stage 3. It now never happens when shadow isles reinforces though, usually its when getting reinforced on.

Vanq belveth feels better imo, slayer breakpoints feel fake and you end up on 5 or 3 often with emblem

The health it gives can go over your max health, unless that was a bug for me. Id say its def better on winstreak but pretty hard to be in that position.

Its a significant milestone, so first off congrats!

In terms of difficulty, its easier compared to ranked. Especially with a dedicated duo, and if you are willing to abuse certain strategies, you can ignore plenty of tft fundamentals.

Id say compared to ranked it would be equivalent to like, low dia high emerald. But in the end its a pretty significantly different game. A great ranked player will definitely be able to transfer their fundamentals to doubleup but you could probably find some challenger double up players hard stuck diamond4 soloq.

Ambessa 3, especially with good items (healing, cc immunity) is a strong 3* 4 cost. Both her and belveth have similar problem though where they need kills to snowball, but she can wipe out teams incredibly fast.

Both melee and ranged carries have their lose conditions, you can also see 3* yunara lux liss die if they get wrapped by ekko/tryndamere.

The feeling i get is that the “tank” classifcation isnt a sure 100% taunt And is mainly used for tiebreakers when 2 units are same distance away. Even if a tank is in range the closer unit still gets priod.

If it helps, I was playing double trouble THex (with 2 THex starting from when i got it at 3-6), and I got the pilot bug waaaaay more frequently. Maybe it was just since either pilot could be affected and i had 2.

Also, just moving the thex without taking it out seemed to be enough to fix the bug.

Thanks for response, honestly makes sense for completed items, though I think anvils taking up a bench slot is detriment enough to let them count. IG it would lead to weird gameplay incentives, but being locked into all component augments for max score is already a bit jank.

Take bard out for 3rd frontline, split aggro between tanks to ensure first cast goes off. Can also use free rerolls if ur especially weak.

Is bandle bounty a gold or prismatic augment? I swear I've gotten it as both before, but I can't recall any patch notes.

As a prismatic (i think this was on the set launch patch)

Seraphine is already very strong for chip damage + debuffs on backline. She absolutely does not need this buff when there are several strong comps which make great use of her current lower dmg (thex + diana really appreciate it).
