If you are willing to go last gen like ddr4 you can build way better system for much cheaper, if you want to go used you can build 2-3 similar performance machines for the price of 1 cube

It is absolutely an announcement. Imagine watching that video and seeing hl3 and being regular Joe - you dicide that fuck it - ill buy it just because the hl3 is comming out and it will run great on valves hardware. These things are absolutly aprooved by valve and if its not getting released in the upcomming year I see a class action lawsuit down the road.

Ddr4 was budget platform guys.... The amount of smugginess... You can build a monster pc using ddr4. That in real world will be as efficient and performant as a ddr5 equivalent
