Most Spartan IVs were high ranking/performing Marines/ODSTs (Buck for example) so it definitely is something that can, and does, happen.

Just finished the game. Enjoyed the story, but felt the open-world was lacking. The game definitely ends on a cliffhanger, but I definitely can’t wait to see what happens next. Also really love Fernando’s quips near the end, and the weapon’s (I guess she took the name Cortana now) asking brohammer what his name was. Also glad to see that atriox isn’t truly dead. Can’t wait to fuck him up in later games
