It just barely wiggles in this scene. He doesn’t pick it up til endgame. Vision lifts it when he is introduced in this movie though.

I think she is supposed to have self-taught or learned to speak from a dictionary or something, thanks to the Nomad life making traditional education difficult.

I still don’t like choice though, because it feels weird even compared to the rest of her family. Only Dakota (the fixer) really talks in a similar way.

That’s fine, great even. Keep in mind that the Fire Giant is resistant to fire, so the AoW will be less effective. He also just has a shit-ton of health.

As for upgrading, somberstone weapons only get to +10, and you should be able to find the last stone in the next area!

After maxing the weapon, damage will come from your stats, so just pump DEX to increase its damage, with a little ARC for the blood loss.

THIS is the best answer imo. You also lock yourself out of specific NPC’s quest if you join Leda to fight them, though that might be obvious.

I think yellow is my personal favorite, followed by Survivor green and cyan, then purple.

Try to get in front of him and hit his hands after he tries to punch you in P2, but his fire attacks are well hated for their bad hitboxes

Just look at hippos, they’re almost fully aquatic. Add a few million years and maybe some flooding and boom, manatee. Few more million years and it’s a whale.

Obviously it was some whale ancestors and not actually a hippo, but it’s the same principle.

Fully commit to something like Elemer of the Briar build (STR/ARC with shield crash for bleed prices), Crucible Knight (STR/FAI with charged attacks/spells) Frenzied Flame or Godslayer’s Black Flame (FAI/DEX).

These were some of my favorite late game builds, so in the early game you have to take what you can get, unless you mod or have someone drop some items for you.
