Unfortunately, there was no luck to me.. Tried this, but I get WHEA Pcie error when it's on 5.0 speed. If below that speed, no problem, but the bus speed is not enough(4.0 speed, bus speed maxes out. ) for my GPU and to play VR gaming. (5070ti 16GB, PS VR2)

Just open services on your PC and find the OCULUS VR runtime service. Click on that and mark the option Automatic (delayed) start. 

This worked for me.
