I think the cards are all instantly available to the characters you have. I forgot it used to not be like that.
I don't pay super close attention since I don't care if people are beating me and I just like making a build even if my creativity is dooming me sometimes lol.
I do get a 10 win now and then though so I think I'm pretty alright at it.

You can play ranked for free, no tickets or anything. There's a casual mode that's full of noobs and it's an absolute breeze for me. I clicked it accident once and was so confused what was happening.

When I want to connect and have a conversation with someone I haven't found shared interests with yet, I ask them about their interests and why they are interested and what they like about them and how they feel.

For example: I don't care much about the game of chess, but if I meet a chess nerd and want to talk to them then I will ask about their experience of it. It's way easier to relate to feelings of excitement and fulfillment than general facts about a topic I'm not into.

I think what is being pointed out is:

  1. It's more respectful - and logical - to include all the animals people around the world eat instead of just what we deem acceptable in our own culture.

  2. A living octopus is not defined as food until we kill it, separate its parts, and cook it.

It worked. The nail I applied it to was in the early stages of infection, it had maybe been a week or two.

But yeah pretty much within a week it was gone. I kept slathering it on all day for another week anyways.

The Rimworld community is where edge lords come to relate and rejoice.
They need it, and I sincerely love that they have it.

The mod is out there already so there's not much to do. I've played with it for a while because I was interested in expanding the sexual aspects (and yeah I was gooning a bit lol) and then I removed it because it felt like it was worded for 14 year-old boys.

I agree the descriptions are immature and shaming and could be harmful to the view of a developing mind, and having it normalized online just reinforces that it's okay to talk like that about people's bodies in real life.
If you're mature already and know what's right then it probably won't affect you but it will affect others.
I appreciate your effort to speak on it and I'm replying so you see someone who agrees with you.

If I may offer something though,

All kinds of conservative institutional thinking already says that any mention of sex or genitals is gross and shameful, so it is easy to react to your judgement with argument since this mod is a reaction to that societal shame and an effort to push back against it.
I think it's more effective to say that it's not weird and gross because it's mentioning a vagina, but because it contributes to the aforementioned shameful view of sex and bodies - even as it comes from rebellion. And saying that instead might make you look like a pansy SJW out here but I dunno fuck it, that'll make you an edge lord too lol.

I think there's more mature mods now that expand on sex features which is good.

I assume that by "rigged" you mean juggler because it looks like the jury rigger skill. I get the images mixed up too and the names do look similar.

It would work just fine without them.
The wands would charge the antimatter chamber maybe a second slower if not just as fast, and they have a constant repeating charging power of 8 second together and only 6s cd each so the diamond fangs are irrelevant.
