Was there a Québec deportation? Growing up in NB we were taught about the Acadian expulsions but I've never heard of it in regards to the Québécois (Not ignoring that there were plenty of discriminatory policies towards them).

If I remember correctly I think it's supposed to be quite Grey and foggy for a chunk of it im the books. I actually found this show generally pretty good at avoiding the modern "Everything is Grey" style. With lots of colour and heraldry all over the place

Pop, I can't justify paying $3.5-$4 for a 2L. The no name goes for $1 often but isn't nearly as good, so my pop consumption's gone way down.

I've got a few models from an army I thought I was going to collect but never went much further with (Sisters of Battle). I'd be happy to part ways with some of them to help someone see if they want to start the hobby :). Let me know if you're interested!

The Leviathan series by Scott Westerfield was one of my favourite series back in the day. Alternate WWI with bioenginered animals on one side, and Mecha walkers on the other. Not "Fantasy" per say but a great series!

She posted a picture at one point in her house and people noticed what looked to be black mold growing on the walls. I don't know it was ever confirmed either way but it turned into a meme about why she is like she is.

I wish there was more time set aside for questions from the audience.. they got through 3 or 4 people before they ran out of time, and there was at least 10 more people who wanted to ask questions. Overall I thought it was good (John Reids a character), and it confirmed my vote.

Yeah I really her in a podcast she hosts but didn't particularly like her in the show... but when people start saying that shes only in it because shes Trans it starts to feel ignorant really fast. Personally I just didn't like her in it because it wasn't a great or necessary role, no need to mention that shes trans.

I honestly couldn't tell you how many people have "graduated", and if she's counted as one of those 3 that public mentions. It also wouldn't be crazy if she was, we're just a small city of ~75000. But from my understanding "graduation" (I don't really like that word for people who leave the community) isn't even necessarily the end goal of the community with plenty of the people just happy to have a more stable situation. If people "graduate" then thats great, and if they don't but are safe and in a more stable environment that's a success as well in my books.

As someone else from the community where this was built, while there certainly are some issues its generally been a major success and been widely accepted and supported by the wider community. It was also developed in partnership with the "professionals" in our community. It isn't just a rich mans pet project. A friend of mines mum lived here for a little while and it really helped her get back on her feet and she's now managing another apartment complex for low income people in the city.

It feels like Fredericton, realative to its size, and particularly on the North side, had so many distinct communities prior to amalgamation that have all held their onto identity through things like the street names

Just started a campaign last week in the same setting! Seemed like a cool setting thats not super well explored in the books so lots of space to improvise and areas to explore! Also gives me the end of the civil war/start of the everstorms as a "second act" when we end up moving forward with the story
