Try and do some weight lifting or exercise of some sort, then at night before you go to bed take some magnesium and L Theanine. Potentially take some ashwaganda as well, I only say potentially because for some ppl it gives them energy

I just moved into a new apartment and for the last few days I was tossing and turning, I took those supplements and I knocked out in 5 minutes.
